Refund policy

At SW Industrial Solutions, Inc., we pride ourselves in manufacturing the highest quality products on the market. We hope you enjoy your new purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, we are willing to assist you in returning or exchanging your product.

For all returns: Items must be returned within 30 days from your purchase. For your return or exchange to be eligible, the products must be unused and in it's original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase by receipt (digital or paper).

To start the process: Please email us at information@swindustrialsolutionsinc.com and let us know if you want to return or exchange a product. Once we review your email, a member of our team will send you a RMA number along with shipping instructions. NOTE: Items returned without a RMA number are not authorized and will not be completed. 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received the returned item. After inspecting the item, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status.

If your return is approved and you elect for a full refund, we will refund your original method of payment within 10 business days. If you elect to exchange the item, we will ship your replacement item within 5 business days (provided the replacement item is in stock).
